Crazy old people

I just thought about something my mum told me the other day. She’s working at an old peoples’ home, as a boss. She told me that one day, one old man stood in the bathroom. When one of the carer (who was very young and only worked for the summer) entered the room, the old man said:
”I stepped in a hole with mud!”
The young carer left the room, and one of the ordinary carers came in instead. Then the old man whispered to her:
”This is shit, but don’t tell anyone!”
”No, I won’t tell anyone.” The carer simply answered.
So what the old man was trying to do, was to trick the young carer that he had stepped in mud. But what he actually had done was that he had shit all over his body! Which he told the ordinary carer.
Smart man…
I hear these funny things all the time from my mum. But what’s almost more fascinating is the carers who work at old peoples’ homes. They deal with a lot of chocking, weird, sad, dramatic things all day long! They’re heroes to me. But do they get payed after their effort? Nah, I don’t think so. They’re one of the lowest payed workers in Sweden I guess.
That’s why I need to praise them!
