Word: How are you?

How are you? = Hur mår du?

Or how about How you doing? That’s how Joey in Friends would say!

This sentence can never be used to much. Well, ALMOST never.

Silla's eating a piece of bread

And now you might think, what’s so extraordinary about this? But dear friends, let me tell you, it IS extraordinary! Normally I don’t eat bread at all. I don’t eat carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar, cereals) at all. I eat according to the LCHF-diet. Which means Low Carb High Fat. This is a great method if you want to lose weight, believe it or not, but this is not why I eat it. I eat it because I feel so much better when I do. I’ve been suffering from horrible stomach problems the past 6 years, and this is the only thing that works for me.

These days I can take carbohydrates better, so I don’t eat as strict as I did a year ago.

So that’s why it’s a happening if I eat bread!
