Trains
This thing about trains… I prefer to go by trains than to go by car. They’re safer. They’re faster. And, the best part of it: You can take advantage of the time travelling, by studying, reading, thinking, or sleeping… Eating? Yeah, anything!
I don’t like cars. Ever since I really got aware of how dangerous they are I haven’t liked them. My dad works at a safety company for cars. So from childhood I’ve been taught to always wear seatbelts, other wise this and that might happen. I probably know things about car crashes that no one my age would think of.

And believe it or not, you can die in a crash, driving slowly to the grocery store. Cars are dangerous.
What about this?! Even though you know that YOU are a good driver. You keep your eyes wide open and pay total attention all the time. What about the other drivers? That you meet on the road? During the day and the night?
How could you know if they’re sloppy drivers? Or BAD drivers. Or even worse: suicidal or drunk.
And what about if you really are a good driver? Well, everyone makes mistakes. We’re only human.
That’s why I don’t like going by car. You could never know who’s behind the steering wheel in that other car. The driver might lose control of the car on a slippery spot. He/she might be drunk, sleeping, or simply just want to kill him-/herself. You never know what that person is thinking in that very moment. And when the car is passing by, two feet from my car, I thank God I survived that time too.
